Caroline van Spaendonck

Caroline van Spaendonck currently serves as a Tax Controller at Vrumona since August 2025. Previously, Caroline held the position of Tax & Compliance Manager at Perfetti Van Melle from July 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included VAT compliance during the acquisition of an international Gum business and the migration to SAP 4/HANA. Earlier experience includes consulting on customs advisory with Deloitte for a brief period in 2022, and serving as a client coordinator in the Fiscalist afdeling Grote Ondernemingen at Belastingdienst from October 2018 to March 2022. Caroline's career also features roles as Assistant Manager in Tax Advisory at DB&C | De Bruijn & Co, and various positions including Product Development Manager and FATCA/CRS coordinator at TMF Group from 2011 to 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in International Fiscal Law and Dutch Civil Law from the University of Amsterdam, alongside a Certificate in Financial Accounting, Economics for Managers, and Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online, completed in September 2025.
