Maurice Josephs has extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as Manager Technology & Quality Control at Vrumona since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing quality in syrup production and utility processes, as well as guiding product innovation processes. Prior to this role, Maurice worked at Vrumona as a Senior Quality Analyst from April 2007 to March 2016, focusing on process support for syrup production and utilities. Maurice's career began at Alfa Bier in 1996, followed by positions at Ridder Brouwerij and The HEINEKEN Company, where contributions to research and development were made. Maurice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2000 and 2005.
