Aurora Meza (Rory)

Aurora (Rory) Meza is a Senior Transportation Engineer with extensive experience in roadway design, project management, and team leadership. Currently employed at VRX, Inc. since September 2019 and simultaneously managing Rory Meza Engineering, Inc. since May 2017, Rory previously held positions at Bridgefarmer & Associates, Inc. and served as Roadway Design Section Director at the Texas Department of Transportation from January 2003 to December 2014. Rory's expertise includes geometric design and hydraulic design, providing consultation to TxDOT's districts. Education includes a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering obtained from The University of Texas at Austin between 1980 and 1984.
