Jose (Joe) Escamilla is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in inspection roles, currently serving as a Construction Inspector at VRX, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to this, Joe held the position of Inspector III at CivilCorp, LLC from October 2019 to May 2022, and served as a Senior Construction Specialist at PaveTex for a brief period in 2019. Joe's extensive experience also includes significant positions as a Senior Construction Inspector at Jacobs from March 2016 to March 2019, and at Sanchez / Salazar & Associates from February 2015 to February 2016. Jose's career began at the Texas Department of Transportation, where Joe worked as a Construction Inspector Specialist I for nearly 15 years. Joe holds an educational background from Del Mar College, spanning from 1993 to 1999.
