Jill Ackers-Clayton

Jill Ackers-Clayton has a diverse and extensive work experience. Their most recent position is as the Director of Education at VS America, a role they started in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Learning Design Principal at Fielding International from June 2017 to July 2022. Jill also served as a Global Education Consultant at World Leadership School from July 2015 to December 2018 and as a Founding Partner at Project ARC from May 2013 to December 2018. Additionally, they worked as a National Faculty member at PBLWorks from 2010 to 2018. Jill also held positions as a Project Consultant at TeachThought from July 2013 to June 2017, an Elementary Director at Spanish World School from April 2012 to August 2016, and a Leadership and School Leader Program Designer at Teaching Trust from October 2010 to September 2012. Jill began their education career as an International Baccalaureate Coordinator at Uplift Education from June 2007 to May 2012 and as a Network Administrator/Technology Teacher at KIPP Colorado Schools from August 2004 to July 2007.

Jill Ackers-Clayton holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Concordia University-Portland. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Jill has obtained a certification as an Associate Learning Environments Planner from A4LE- Association for Learning Environments in July 2021.
