Craig Miller began their career in 1998 as an IT Systems Engineer with FDM Group. Craig then moved on to become an IT Systems Consultant for London Electricity, Accenture Belgium & Luxembourg, and State Street. In 1999, they joined Properties Mallorca as a Lead Web Developer, where they architected and developed a Real Estate network. In 2002, they became a Senior Web Developer for Logisiete, S.L., and then a Senior Web Developer for Healthcare Learning: Smile-on in 2004. In 2007, Craig Miller returned to VS Media as a Web Development Manager & Project Coordination Manager. In 2015, they joined Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST) as Global Web Manager, and also re-joined VS Media as Vice President of Revenue Operations, Director of Processing, and Director of Billing & Customer Service. In their role as Director of Billing & Customer Service, Craig Miller was responsible for the development, management, and support of high-risk payment processing platforms, systems, and processes, whilst facilitating customer success, mitigating risk, and identifying new product opportunities. As Senior Billing Processing Manager, they were accountable for all Billing Processing systems, customer-facing interfaces and related front-end systems, fraud- and risk-mitigation systems, transaction processing mechanisms, billing-gateway and IPSP integrations, internal billing and customer management administrative tools, along with reporting & monitoring systems.
Craig Miller obtained an A-Level in Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics and Computer Science from ARK William Parker Academy between 1996 and 1998. In April 1999, they received a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft.
