Carol is an experienced HR Professional with over 25 years of experience, having worked across a wide range of sectors including; Health and Social Care, Finance, Oil and Gas, Aviation, Higher Education, and Independent Consultancy. Having joined VSA in 2016, Carol successfully leads our HR, Recruitment, Learning, and Development teams.
