Walter R. Allen

Walter R. Allen is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in transportation agency and transit program management, grant administration, and multi-modal planning. Currently serving as a Senior Transportation Planner at VSCE, Inc. since January 2023, Mr. Allen has a strong background in regional planning, inter-agency coordination, and public outreach. Previous roles include Program Manager for Facebook's Employee Shuttle program, Transportation Planning Czar at Walter R. Allen Consulting, and Principal Transportation Planner at Parsons, where Walter R. contributed to the Thomas Roads Improvement Program. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Transportation Management from San José State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History/Urban Studies from Rhodes College.
