Emily Westerhold

Emily Westerhold is a board observer and advisor at VSCO. Emily has also served as a board member at Artifact Uprising and as an assistant controller at Glassdoor. Prior to that, they were an assurance manager at PwC, where they focused on public and private clients in the biotech, software/internet, and venture capital sectors. Emily has significant experience with IPO readiness preparation, SOX implementation, technical accounting, and SEC filings. Emily is a proven leader with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects while maintaining a high quality work product. Emily is known for their effective communication and issue resolution skills, which have helped their build positive relationships with clients.

Emily Westerhold received their B.S. in Accountancy from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2007 and their M.Sc. in Economics & Business from Alliance Manchester Business School. Emily is a Certified Public Accountant, having received their certification from the California State Board of Accountancy.
