Karina Bernacki

Karina Bernacki is the current VP of People & Places at VSCO. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief of Staff at Trash from January 2019 to December 2020. Karina has also held roles as the Director of Retail Talent Development USA at Aritzia from January 2017 to December 2017 and as a Coach at Twitter from April 2016 to December 2016. In December 2017, they became an EVP, Management Consultant at LeadingAgile and held that role until March 2019.

Karina Bernacki has a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Troy University in the field of Organizational Behavior & Design. Karina also has a Bachelor's Degree from Excelsior College in Computer Science, Political Science & Government. In addition, they are certified as a TotalSDI Facilitator, LeSS Practitioner, Scrum Professional, ScrumMaster, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from various organizations. Finally, they are certified in Generative Consulting with Success Factor Modeling from the International Association for Generative Change and Hogan's Assessment Certified from Hogan Assessment Systems.
