Dionny Fumero

Dionny Fumero has a comprehensive HR background, starting as a Human Resources Associate at The Setai, Miami Beach in 2011. Dionny then moved on to roles such as Human Resources Generalist at BCA Financial Services, Inc. and Human Resources Business Partner at Boeing Distribution Services Inc. In 2019, Dionny took on the role of Senior HR Business Partner at Elevance Health before joining VSE Corporation as the Director of Global Talent Management in 2021, where they oversee various HR functions for VSE Aviation, Inc. including people, culture, mergers & acquisitions, change management, and talent acquisition initiatives.

Dionny Fumero obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree from Florida International University in 2011. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Master’s Certificate in Human Resources Management from the same institution, completing their education journey in 2013.
