Fen Chang

Fen (Anne) Chang has extensive experience in the telehealth sector, primarily at VSee since 2011, where contributions include the development of no-code and low-code telehealth solutions, HIPAA-compliant video platforms, and innovative implementations in various healthcare settings such as the UMMC Telehealth Center and Intermountain Healthcare's tele-NICU.
