Zuzana Lauková

Zuzana Lauková is an experienced soft skills trainer and coach with a strong background in financial services and employee development. Currently serving as a Soft Skills Trainer at Všeobecná zdravotná poisťovňa since February 2022, Zuzana has also held positions as a lecturer, coach, consultant, and mentor at GROW-UP and innogy Slovensko. Previous experience includes roles at Partner Group SK, Slovenská sporiteľňa, Prima banka Slovensko, and VÚB banka, where Zuzana focused on training, coaching, and team development across various capacities.
