Nadeesha Wickramasinghe

Nadeesha Wickramasinghe is the Group Head of Human Resources at VSIS Group of companies, bringing over 19 years of extensive experience in Human Resources across diverse industries, including manufacturing, construction, microfinance, and information technology. Since joining VSIS in 2013, Nadeesha has been instrumental in establishing the HR department and overseeing operations for nine companies within the group, managing a team of seven HR professionals. Nadeesha's accomplishments include implementing comprehensive HR functions, HRIS solutions, and developing robust HR policies, which contributed to VSIS achieving ISO 9001:2018 certification. Currently, Nadeesha is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management at the University of Colombo.
