Pam Vaughan is a seasoned education specialist and researcher with extensive experience in both UK and international educational projects. Currently serving as a Girls Education Specialist and Researcher with VSO since April 2021, Pam focuses on social inclusion and gender empowerment for marginalized adolescent girls. As the Director of Vaughan Education Specialists Limited since July 2014, Pam has provided leadership on projects enhancing support for learners with high needs and improving vocational education to meet local employment demands. Additional roles include serving as a College Governor with the Inspire Education Group and acting as a Visiting Scholar on Industry Engagement in Laos, where Pam facilitated industry collaboration to boost graduate employability. With a robust educational background, including a Master's in Education from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Palaeontology from the British Museum and Open University, Pam combines academic excellence with a commitment to improving educational systems globally.
