Curtis Owings

Curtis Owings has extensive experience as a software engineer and developer. Curtis worked as a Senior Software Engineer at VSolvit since 2018, where they were responsible for architecture, development, and maintenance of software for the NMDR project. Prior to this, Curtis worked as a Senior Software Engineer at CACI International Inc from 2014, where they contributed to the NMDR project by coding front-end and back-end changes, analyzing and designing new functionality, and fixing bugs. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at ManTech on the MSE project, WebAIM team, where they focused on analysis, design, new development, and bug fixes. Before that, Curtis worked as a Senior Developer at CACI International Inc from 2006 to 2013, where they worked on the NMD Replatform project and supported and enhanced the Legacy NMD system. Prior to their software engineering roles, Curtis worked as an IT Consultant at Dataline from 2004 to 2006 and as an IT Development Manager at ValueOptions from 2003 to 2004.
