Pavel Azaletskiy, MBA, is an experienced executive and founder with a strong background in engineering excellence and operational performance within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of VSOptima, Pavel leads a SaaS platform that empowers operations leaders with data-driven simulation models for enhanced process transparency and predictive analytics. Prior to this, Pavel held key leadership roles at EPAM Systems, where significant contributions were made to operational improvements across various industries, and has experience managing technical programs at Google and project management at AstraZeneca. Pavel is also the founder of the Silicon Valley Design Thinking Club and a founding partner at LISA - LEAD Incubator & Startup Accelerator. Educationally, Pavel holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Corporate Innovation Certificate from Stanford University, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation.
