Daphne Lott

Daphne Lott has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Daphne started their career as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at VSP Vision Care in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Daphne then moved on to the position of Senior Client Specialist, where they partnered with Account Management to address client requirements, managed contractual documents, and handled revenue collection from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they served as a Key Account Manager, where they coordinated and managed the needs of VSP's largest clients in Southern California and Arizona. In 2017, they took on the role of Senior Key Account Manager, servicing and renewing VSP's largest clients in California. In 2019, they became a Senior Business Analyst, exercising their broad knowledge of VSP's services, systems, and products to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Most recently, in October 2021, Daphne Lott became the Market Director at VSP Vision Care, formulating and implementing strategic business plans tailored to individual clients and educating key stakeholders on industry trends. Prior to their tenure at VSP Vision Care, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Mercurius USA from 2003 to 2007.

Daphne Lott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University-Sacramento. Daphne also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.
