Margaret Roberts has extensive work experience in the field of taxation. Margaret is currently the Vice President of Taxation at VSP, a role they began in December 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Tax Director at VSP from June 2011 to December 2019. Margaret also worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Armanino McKenna LLP from January 2007 to June 2011. Earlier in their career, they held positions as a Tax Consultant at OpenTV from 2007 to 2008, a Consultant at Weaver CPAs in 2006, and a Senior Tax Manager at Deloitte from 1994 to 2002. Margaret's work experience also includes being a Tax Senior at Cadence Design Systems from August 1992 to February 1994, and a Manager at M R Salvage & Co, Chartered Accountants from 1987 to 1991.
Margaret Roberts earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from Glasgow Caledonian University. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (Taxation) degree in Tax Law/Taxation from San Jose State University, between 1994 and 1996.
