Mike Dowd

Mike Dowd, CFM, currently serves as the Director at VSP Vision since March 2023, having previously held the position of Sr. Manager for Real Estate, Planning & Construction at VSP Vision Care since July 2015, where responsibilities included real estate portfolio management, facility space planning, and workplace redesign. Prior experience includes a decade as a Facilities Program Manager at Intel Corporation from 2005 to 2015. Additionally, Mike held the role of Past President for the IFMA Sacramento Valley Chapter from 1998 to 1999. Mike holds a degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
