Clement "BleedSenpai" Hui has extensive experience in business development and esports. Clement ''BleedSenpai'' is currently the Business Development Director at VSPO, where they are responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, identifying opportunities, and building relationships with brands, vendors, and partners. Prior to this, Clement worked at Inno Ignition Sdn Bhd as the Director of Business Development and Co-Founder, where they focused on expanding the company's presence and spearheading investment opportunities. Clement ''BleedSenpai'' also served as the PR and Engagement Director at INNO Holdings Sdn Bhd and Co-Founder at M8 Gaming. Additionally, Clement held the role of Director of Esports at FrostFire Sdn Bhd, where they played a leading role in developing the FrostFire brand and managing esports operations. Before entering the gaming industry, Clement worked as a Recruitment Manager.
