Narmadha Selvaraj

Narmadha Selvaraj has over eight years of experience in human resources, currently serving at VST Motors Group of Companies since August 2015, where responsibilities include recruitment, training, induction, and manpower planning documentation and reporting. Prior experience includes a role as an HR Assistant at Eyetex Dazller, handling payroll processes and ensuring timely monthly payments, and a brief stint as a Global Recruiter at PR GLOLINKS. Narmadha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Management from the University of Madras, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Management from DR. MGR. Janaki College of Arts and Science for Women, along with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature from the same institution.
