Vellayappan Subramanian has over two decades of experience in human resources and legal affairs. Currently serving as Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs at M/S Prasad Corporation (P) Ltd. since February 2018, Vellayappan also holds the position of Assistant General Manager - HR at VST Motors, where employment began in August 2011. Previously, Vellayappan worked as Manager-HR at Carborundum Universal Limited from 2000 to 2010. Vellayappan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking from Alagappa College, Karaikudi, obtained between 1970 and 1973.
