Ranjan Deb (Ron)

Ranjan Deb, known as Ron, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ranjan began their career in 2002 as a Sales Executive at Usha Corporation, where they were involved in setting up company operations and selling currency counting machines and identifiers to B2B customers.

From 2003 to 2005, Ron worked as a Customer Response Executive at Reliance Infostreams Pvt Ltd, providing customer support and consistently exceeding performance indicators.

In 2005, they joined Sutherland Global Services as a Senior Executive Business Development, where they identified and gathered contacts of decision-makers in Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 organizations. Ranjan conducted sales and marketing calls and established relationships with potential clients.

From 2008 to 2009, Ron served as an Assistant Manager Business Development at Adventity, conducting market research and gathering market intelligence in the BFSI and SCM sectors.

Between 2009 and 2015, Ron worked at ARC Document Solutions as a Manager Business Development. Ranjan implemented cloud services, mentored the sales team, established strategic partnerships, and supported cloud operations and analytic projects.

From 2015 to 2017, Ron was a Business Development Manager at Epicenter Technologies Pvt. Ltd, leading a team, implementing sales tactics, and conducting research to increase customer engagement.

In 2017, they became the National Business Manager at Shreenath Smart Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they oversaw PAN India operations, prepared forecasts and business plans, and acted as a liaison between cross-functional teams.

Between 2019 and 2021, Ron worked at Tech Mahindra as a Business Lead for the North American region. Ranjan drove sales and client engagement for solutions related to new-age technologies and achieved multi-million dollar deals.

From 2021 to 2023, Ron served as a Business Development Manager at a confidential company, surpassing sales and growth objectives in the North American market and developing business strategies.

Currently, Ron holds the role of Sr. Business Development Manager - USA & Canada at Vsynergize, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the business development and sales strategy.

Ranjan Deb (Ron) obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from Arni University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Ron has also obtained several certifications. These certifications include Account Based Marketing from Udemy, obtained in August 2021, ITIL Foundation Level 4 from Tech Mahindra Business Services, obtained in March 2020, Sales: Modern Data Center Competency 2016 from Dell EMC, obtained in November 2016, and Sales: Portfolio Competency 2016 with VxRail Only, also obtained from Dell EMC in November 2016.
