Casey Emoto

Casey Emoto is the Chief Engineering & Program Delivery Officer at VTA, leading a diverse team responsible for delivering transit and roadway capital projects to enhance mobility in Silicon Valley. With extensive expertise in transportation engineering, traffic operations, and environmental programs, Casey has held various leadership roles within VTA since 2019. Casey holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Additionally, Casey has a background in commercial fishing, spending six summers in that profession while growing up in the Aleutian Islands.
