Sarah Wilson

Sarah Wilson serves as the Construction Director for the Bart Silicon Valley Phase II project at VTA, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Sarah was the Principal at Delve Underground from July 1999 to October 2024, where leadership was provided in construction management practices, alongside contributions in underground engineering, design management, and project management for major rail and water projects. Sarah's expertise includes roles as Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Principal-in-Charge, overseeing multiple teams involved in tunnel, shaft, and station construction. Sarah holds an M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering/Engineering Geology from Drexel University.
