Adriana Marcela Rodríguez

Adriana Marcela Rodríguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in eCommerce and customer experience management, currently serving as VP of Partners Delivery Mexico and CAM at VTEX since October 2014. With a strong background in managing strategic accounts and implementing digital transformation projects, Adriana has held various leadership roles including VP of Commerce Engineering Latam and Head of Customer Experience North Latam. Prior to VTEX, Adriana held significant positions at WM Wireless&Mobile, PayU, and PagosOnline, focusing on product development and technical support. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Marketing and Ecommerce from ENEB and a degree in Design and Electronic Automation Engineering from Universidad de La Salle, alongside multiple certifications in project management and solutions architecture.
