Camilo Perdomo Posada

Camilo Perdomo Posada is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and e-commerce. Currently serving as VP CX SOUTH LATAM and Head of VTEX Pick Pack Global Solution at VTEX since January 2021, Camilo previously held the position of VP Ecommerce for Falabella de Colombia from February 2016 to December 2020. Additional roles include a member of the Consejo Directivo at Camara Colombiana de Comercio Electrónico CCE and COO LATAM at Cuponatic, where Camilo was also a co-founder and Country Manager for Cuponatic Colombia SAS. Earlier career highlights include sales management at P&F Costa Rica Flower Farms and key account management at Rainforest Farms and Bouquets. Camilo holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes and completed secondary education at Colegio Bolivar.
