Roberta Nauheimer

Roberta Nauheimer is a seasoned talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience in scaling recruitment strategies on a global level. Since June 2020, Roberta has served as Tech Recruiting Manager at VTEX, where responsibilities included building and leading the first Growth Talent Acquisition team, managing hiring processes across multiple regions including LATAM, Europe, the US, and Asia. Prior to VTEX, Roberta worked as a Senior HRBP and Recruiter at QuintoAndar, focusing on HR practices within the Finance department. Roberta's earlier experience includes significant roles at Itaú Unibanco, where responsibilities encompassed managing MBA recruitment programs and enhancing internship initiatives. Roberta holds a degree in Ciências e Humanidades from Universidade Federal do ABC.
