Claudia Stern

Claudia Stern is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Referentin at VTG since December 2021. Prior to this role, Claudia worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Whoohoo Deutschland from March 2016 to January 2021, specializing in the active sourcing and recruitment of engineers and specialists in aerospace, automotive, mechanical engineering, and automation technology. Claudia also held the position of Recruiting Specialist for Unilever at Accenture from March 2015 to March 2016, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes. Earlier experience includes working as a Junior Recruitment Consultant at Deutsche Personalberatung, specializing in executive search for the banking sector, and as a personal assistant for individuals with disabilities at Zährl from October 2009 to October 2013. Claudia holds a Diplom in Social Sciences from the University of Mannheim and has completed additional training in occupational safety for HR decision-makers and safety representatives in temporary employment.
