Helen Sydow

Helen Sydow has a strong background in HR controlling and analytics, currently serving as Referentin HR-Controlling at ZF Group since May 2024. Prior to this role, Helen worked at engineering people GmbH in a similar capacity from May 2021 to April 2024, contributing to the ZF Group project. Helen's career also includes a position at Berliner Verlag, where responsibilities included Referentin Personalcontrolling und -betreuung and Manager of Analytics/Databasemanagement from September 2015 to September 2020. Helen earned a Diplom in Volkswirtschaftslehre from the University of Potsdam between 2004 and 2012.
