Sarah Lemn, CF APMP has extensive work experience in proposal management and business development. Sarah later joined AMSEC LLC as a Project Control Analyst II, supporting business development and proposal development efforts.

In 2006, they became a Proposal Manager at Chenega Advanced Solutions & Engineering (CASE), LLC, where they managed all aspects of proposal development. In 2010 and 2011, Sarah attended the same institution to complete an Executive Development Certificate, which provided a Mini-Executive MBA Program for Managers.
