Michael Holmes

Michael Holmes, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Deputy Program Manager at VT Group, leading efforts on the US Navy's Conventional Prompt Strike program focused on hypersonic weapons. Prior experience includes project management at Revolve Solutions LLC, with a focus on cloud migration and data architecture for Army clients, and a Vice President role at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. From 2013 to 2019, Michael worked with Deloitte as Project Delivery Manager, spearheading initiatives within the Military Health System. Michael's military career includes key roles with the U.S. Navy, leading medical logistics and training programs, and managing expeditionary medical facilities. Michael holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University.
