Jeff Babbe

Regional Business Director at VTI

Jeff Babbe began their work experience in 1989 as a Territory Manager-District Sales Trainer for Ross Products Division. In this role, they represented a company selling pediatric nutritional products and medications and also served as a sales trainer for the district. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as the Director of Sales for Innovative Systems, where they created and developed a national sales force and managed a sales department. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Sales Manager for Midcontinent Communications, where they created and managed a sales force. In 2004, they joined CIBA Vision as a Sales Training Manager and later became a Training Manager, responsible for training and developing new hires and existing representatives. Jeff also handled professional development courses. In 2006, Jeff joined Alcon Laboratories, Inc. as a Regional Training Manager, where they handled all aspects of new hire training, developed existing representatives, and administered professional development programs. In 2016, they joined Visioneering Technologies Inc. (VTI) as an Executive Sales Manager, where they sold and marketed VTI's contact lenses to optometrists. Jeff later became the Central District Manager and then the National Director of Training, overseeing training and development programs for the VTI sales force in the US and providing international training support. In 2020, Jeff became the Regional Business Director at VTI.

Jeff Babbe attended Willmar Community College from 1979 to 1980, where they studied Mass Communication. Jeff then transferred to Dakota State University and graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration. Jeff has also obtained a certification as a Sales Trainer, although specific details such as the institution and date of obtaining the certification are not provided.
