Cyntia Soto Cifuentes

Cyntia Soto Cifuentes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Gerente de Sostenibilidad y Responsabilidad Corporativa at Claro Chile S.A. since October 2022, Cyntia has also held a similar position at VTR since 2008, where responsibilities included leading the Fundación VTR and managing regional television. Additionally, Cyntia is a member of REDMAD, advocating for women's leadership in high-level management since September 2023. Previous roles include Gerente Fondo de Desarrollo de las Telecomunicaciones at the Ministerio de Transportes y Telecomunicaciones de Chile, and Vice-Coordinadora Nacional Alfabetización Digital at the Ministerio de Educación. Cyntia's earlier career includes serving as Directora Ejecutiva for Corporación Encuentro, focusing on bridging the digital divide in underserved communities. Cyntia holds degrees in Social Work from Universidad de Valparaíso, a Master's in Strategic Communication from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and a coaching certification from Newfield Network, alongside a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management from Universidad de Chile.
