Lisa Ngai

Lisa Ngai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support, operations, and business intelligence. Currently, Lisa serves as the Director of Customer Support & Market Operations at VTS, where Lisa has held multiple leadership roles since March 2021. Prior to VTS, Lisa worked at Amadeus as the Regional Head of Business Intelligence Customer Delivery from March 2020 to February 2021. Lisa's career also includes a long tenure at TravelClick from August 2005 to February 2020, where Lisa held various management positions in business intelligence, project management, and solutions architecture. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration with a concentration in Information Science from Cornell University.
