Rafael Lozada has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Rafael is currently working at VTS as the Vice President of Partner Solutions and Support, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at VTS from 2020 to 2023.
Before joining VTS, Rafael worked at TravelClick as the Director of GMS & CRS Implementations from 2019 to 2020. Rafael also has experience at ALICE - Hospitality Operations Platform, where they held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success from 2018 to 2019, and Director of Customer Implementations from 2017 to 2018.
Rafael's career also includes a significant tenure at TravelClick, where they held several roles. Rafael served as the Director of Implementations Americas from 2014 to 2017 and as the Director of Web Implementations Americas from 2011 to 2014. During their time at TravelClick, Rafael played a key role in improving customer success, increasing revenue recognition, and turning around the company's profitability.
Prior to their experience at TravelClick, Rafael worked as the Practice Director of Midsize Solutions at Hubbard One from 2006 to 2011. Rafael began their career at Accenture, where they held the position of Manager from 2005 to 2006 and Consultant from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Rafael served as the Systems Development Team Lead at Consorcio Credicard from 1996 to 1998.
Throughout their career, Rafael has demonstrated expertise in various areas including project management, team building, customer success, and operations.
Rafael Lozada completed their B.S. in Systems Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in 1993. Rafael then pursued an MBA in Corporate Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, graduating in 1998.
