Kaarina Muurinen

Kaarina Muurinen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at VTT since April 2022 and as Vice Chair at Aspocomp Group Plc since March 2015, Kaarina has also held the position of CFO at Vaisala Oyj from September 2011 to August 2023, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with financial regulations and leading a finance organization.
