Marjaana Mussalo

Marjaana Mussalo is a seasoned professional in the field of materials processing and circular solutions, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at VTT since February 2025. Prior to this role, Marjaana held various leadership positions at Teknos, including R&D Director and R&D Manager from March 2022 to February 2025. Additionally, experience at Kiilto Family spanned from September 2007 to March 2022, where Marjaana was the Head of Teams and Projects RDI CON and also served as Research and Development Manager. Marjaana holds a Master of Science degree in Materials Chemistry from Tampere University of Technology, with studies conducted between 2002 and 2007.
