Gustavo Marzolla

Gustavo Marzolla has extensive work experience in the media and communications industry. Gustavo is currently the Director of Global Resource Strategy & Linguistics at VUBIQUITY, where they are responsible for managing dubbing partners and building a team of Language Leads. Prior to this, Gustavo worked at Netflix as the Regional Dubbing Manager for the EMEA region, where they pioneered the regionalization of Netflix Dubbing and established relationships with dubbing vendors. Gustavo also served as the Trailer Localization Manager at Netflix, overseeing localization projects and collaborating with stakeholders. Gustavo has also worked at BOSSA NOVA FILMS as a Screenwriter & Content Developer, at SDI Media as a Localization Coordinator and Subtitle Editor, at MAKE Productions Ltd as a Writer, Producer, and Assistant Director, at Bangers & Beans as the Acting CEO and Writer, at Creative Style Kingdom USA + UK as a Creative Development AP and Producer, at URUCU MEDIA as a Screenwriter, Producer, and Researcher, and at Instituto Brasileiro do Meio Ambiente e dos Recursos Naturais Renováveis - IBAMA as the Director of Media and Communications. Throughout their career, Gustavo has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and creative skills.

Gustavo Marzolla obtained a Bachelor of Communications and Broadcast Studies from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 1998. In 2001, they pursued a Lato Sensu Degree in Management of Protected Areas at Universidade Estadual de Minas Gerais.
