Christian Rodriguez has a long and varied work experience. In 2012, they worked as a 767 Assembler Join & Installation at Boeing, where they studied ways to refine the process for various required tasks to reduce the frequency of changes to the engineering drawings, utilized CAD software to simulate, analyze manufactured products and specifications, and worked closely with the quality assurance team to identify key issues and worked to continually improve processes. In 2019, they worked at Zipwhip as a Web Developer, performing or directing website updates, backing up files from web sites to local directories for instant recovery in case of problems, and identifying and correcting problems or referring them to appropriate personnel for correction. At the same time, they also worked at HCL Technologies as a Software Engineer, analyzing information to determine, recommend, and plan the installation of a new system or modification of an existing system, conferring with data processing or project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities for data processing projects, and consulting with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. Christian also worked at Robert Half as a Software Engineer, modifying existing software to correct errors, allowing it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance, writing, testing, and refactoring javascript source code, and conferring with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces. At the same time, they co-founded Designs By Pispa, where they prioritized serving local hospitals that were severely short on PPE and donated 100 within the first month, spearheaded multiple prototype and design tweaks and iterations, and eventually designed a face mask that was breathable, protective, and comfortable. Christian also co-founded FynCom, where they served as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Technology Officer. In 2020, they also worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer, extending functionality on PAVC (Patch, Antivirus, Vulnerability, Configuration, Certificate, and Web scan data), reducing cost by 20% by replacing Azure Blob storage with a SQL Database using SQL scripts, automating reports ~2 TB of scan data each day for 1M Office 365 hosts and continuously process the new data from Azure SQL database, and maintaining consistent team communication allowing for better performance and morale. Finally, in 2022, they worked at VueData as a Technical Project Manager and Software Engineer, as well as at Microsoft as a Software Engineer, where they developed a Domain Policy Validation Tool to verify page text does not violate Microsoft Advertising Policy, developed a solution to add coupons based on the eCommerce platform, and wrote, tested, and refactored javascript source code.

Christian Rodriguez has a diverse educational history. In 2017, they obtained a Project Management Certification from Everett Community College and attended City University of Seattle for Business Administration and Management, General. In 2018, they obtained certifications in Python, C#, MEAN full stack, and Front End Development from Coding Dojo. Additionally, they obtained an HTML Fundamentals certification from SoloLearn. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate from Zero To Mastery Academy and a Python certification from SoloLearn. In 2021, they obtained a Full-Stack Developer JavaScript, React, Java, SpringBoot certification from Launch Academy, Inc.
