Packiyanath SK ( Packy )

Packiyanath SK (Packy) has worked in the IT industry since 2001. Packiyanath began their career as a Lead Dev at Gemini Communication Ltd. In 2005, they moved to KMG Infotech as a Project Lead. In 2006, they joined Covansys as a Project Lead. In 2007, they were a Consultant for Microsoft Corporation (thru Aditi technologies), where they worked with Windows 7 application compatibility team and built data visualizations and Scorecard websites. In 2008, they joined SmarTek21 as a Technical Delivery Manager, Practice Mgr and Technical PM/Dev Manager for Intellectual Ventures. Packiyanath was responsible for Delivery for multiple engagements and owned the roadmap of SmarTek21's product. In 2011, they were a TPM/DM for Sequent Software, Inc. In 2015, they were a TPM/DM for Russell Investments. In 2016, they were a Sr. Technical Delivery Manager for T-Mobile and also the CEO of VueData India and Co-Founder of Delivery & Operations.

Packiyanath SK (Packy) completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, India in 1999. Packiyanath also holds certifications from IIMBx | Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, including ST101x: Strategic Management obtained in February 2020 and HR101x: People Management - IIMBx obtained in October 2019. Additionally, they are a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
