Deborah Berry is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in desktop support and call center administration. Currently serving as an IT Analyst at Vulcan-Hart, a Division of ITW/FEG since September 2012, Deborah has previously held the position of Information Technology Specialist at Sabre Systems, providing desktop support at the United States Naval Academy from November 2007 to April 2012. Prior roles include Call Center Administrator at both Axiant, LLC and Wolpoff & Abramson, where expertise in administering the Aspect Software Ensemble Pro Dialer System was developed. Deborah also gained foundational experience as a Call Center Administrator at W & A Recovery Services and worked as an End User Computing Student Technician while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Hood College between 1998 and 2002.
