Glenn Cobb

Glenn Cobb has extensive experience in government affairs and community relations, currently serving as the Manager of Government Affairs and Community Relations for the Northern Region of the Mideast Division at Vulcan Materials Company since November 2016. Prior to this role, Cobb was the Vice President of Business Operations at Leonard Ryden Burr Real Estate from January 2015 to October 2016. A significant tenure at the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS spanned nearly nine years, where Cobb held positions as Chief Staff Executive and Joint Government Affairs Director. Cobb also owned and operated Horizon Commercial Properties from 2000 to 2004, focusing on site development and strategic growth consultation. Earlier in the career, Cobb contributed as the Director of Legislative Affairs in the Department of Human Resources. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 1982 and 1986.
