Gregg McCormick

Gregg McCormick is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in securities litigation, complex litigation, and products litigation. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Vulcan Materials Company since March 2020, McCormick previously held the position of Senior Attorney and Member at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. from February 2014 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, McCormick worked as an Associate at Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. from September 2007 to January 2014. Academically, McCormick earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Birmingham-Southern College.
