Lee J. Styslinger, III

Mr. Styslinger is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Altec Inc., a holding company for businesses that design, manufacture, and market equipment for the electric and telecommunications industries globally. He has over 20 years of experience leading companies engaged in the heavy equipment industry.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and his M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Mr. Styslinger serves on the boards of Regions Financial Corporation and Workday, Inc. He also serves on the boards of many educational, civic, and leadership organizations, including the Harvard Business School and the National Association of Manufacturers.
