Robert Domitrovich

Robert Domitrovich has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Robert currently serves as the Vice President Human Resources at Vulcan Materials Company, overseeing the Central, Southern Gulf Coast, and Construction divisions. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Vulcan Materials Company's Central Division. Before joining Vulcan Materials Company, Robert worked at Whirlpool Corporation, where they held several HR leadership positions, including Senior Director Human Resources and Human Resources Director. Robert also gained experience at Chevron, where they held roles such as Exchange Planning Specialist, HR Analyst/Supervisor, and HR Business Partner. Robert has a track record of successfully leading HR teams and implementing strategic initiatives to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

Robert Domitrovich received a Master of Arts in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from Michigan State University in 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Central Michigan University in 2002.
