Paul Mugleston is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and leadership. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer and previously as a Design Engineer at Vulcraft Verco, a division of Nucor Corp, since September 2019, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge from prior roles, including Division Director in the US Navy, where oversight included managing 14 staff members and substantial lab resources. Additional experience includes engineering customer support at Aquatherm, assistant process engineering at US Synthetic, and a foundational role as a security officer at Brigham Young University. Paul holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
