Aira De Guzman has held multiple roles in various companies. In 2019, they worked as a Cashier at Savemore. In 2020, they held the position of Customer Service Sales Representative at iQor. From January to June 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant for a confidential company. In August 2021, they briefly held the position of Manager at MANDO SCHOOL. From October 2021 to the present, Aira has worked as a Freelance Virtual Assistant at Upwork and as an Assistant of the CEO and Integrated Marketing Communications Manager | Assistant at Vult Lab.

Aira De Guzman completed their Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English at the University of Rizal System from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they attended Angono National High School from 2012 to 2018, where they pursued Humanities and Social Sciences and focused on Social Science Teacher Education.
