Frida Van Den Maagdenberg

Mrs. van den Maagdenberg, born in Rucphen in Brabant (near Roosendaal), studied Slavic language and literature at Utrecht University. She subsequently gained extensive administrative experience in the medical and academic world. For example, she was director of the association of universities VSNU, director of research at Utrecht University and director of finance and information provision at UMC Utrecht. From 2008 to 2014, Van den Maagdenberg was an Executive Board member of the Sint Lucas Andreas Hospital/OLVG, where she was involved, among other things, in the introduction of Epic's electronic patient record. In 2014 she succeeded Ruud Hopstaken as a member of the AMC board of directors.
